The high profile historical drama named Mamankam has created headlines in media after its announcement. Superstar Mammootty is playing the lead in the movie. And as per latest reports, Bollywood actress Prachi Desai has signed for this film. Along with her, two reputed actress will also part of the team.
Sajeev Pillai, the former associate of Adoor Gopalakrishnan is directing this movie. He himself has penned the screenplay for the movie.
The first schedule of the movie has completed recently, and next part of the shooting will start on May 10 in Kochi. Venu Kunnampilly of Kavya Films is producing the mega budget movie.
