Actor-Politician has announced that his party will go it alone in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections. This announcement is the hot topic in the TN political spectrum as so many calculations based on political alliances have taken a drastic turn with this decision of our Captain.

Now the makers of 'Ko 2' have brilliantly cashed in on the heat surrounding this political announcement. The latest poster comes with the announcement It is worth noting that the film is a political thriller. "யாருடனும் கூட்டணி கிடையாது. தனித்து வருகிறோம்..." (No Alliance with anyone. We are coming alone). This may be taken as a hint that the film will have a solo release but we will have to wait for some more time to get things clear.

As of now we can be assured that the Bobby Simha-Nikki Galrani starrer will be hitting the screens in the month of April as mentioned in the official poster. Bobby plays the role of a young and daring journalist in the film while Prakash Raj comes as a politician.

The film has been directed by Sarath and producer by Elred Kumar under the RS Infotainment banner. Leon James of 'Kanchana 2' fame has rendered the musical score.

The makes of clarified that this is not a sequel to the 2011 blockbuster 'Ko' made by the same producer.
