Back in 90s and early 00s, Bobby Deol used to be a heartthrob actor and now he is having a successful career in OTT entertainment space. Till now, he has given phenomenal performances in projects like 'Aashram' and 'Class of 83' and he was recently seen in the film 'Love Hostel' where he shared screen with Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra.
During a recent conversation with IANS, Bobby shared his take on the new generation of actors/filmmakers and also shared an incident from the sets of 'Love Hostel'. "I think the new generation of actors, directors, writers have a very unique approach towards their work. I love that about them. Yes, at times it also makes me smile," he said.
Recalling an incident with his co-stars Vikrant and Sanya, Bobby said, "Before we started the shooting for ‘Love Hostel’, in the hostel where we were staying, one evening Sanya and Vikrant came to meet me in my room."
He concluded by saying, “That was the first time we were meeting. Both of them were just going on and on about how they used to dance to those songs of ‘Soldier‘, ‘Humraaz’ … they liked my films like ‘Bichhoo’ (laughs). They are very sweet and at the same time professional with their work. I like such enthusiasm.”
