'Rakshasudu' is all set to hit the screens this Friday (August 2). The film's pre-release worldwide theatrical business is estimated to be Rs 14 Cr as per trade reports.

The trade talk is that 'Rakshasudu' has a near-impossible task at hand. Its break-even is made hard by a couple of factors. Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas' market potential is limited. More importantly, it is not easy for thrillers to make it big at the box-office, unless you are talking about a 'Bhaagamathie'. Even a comedy-thriller like 'Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya' didn't have it easy a few weeks ago.

While Bellamkonda faces a litmus test, the box-office must be keeping its fingers crossed.

Starring Anupama Parameswaran as the female lead, the Ramesh Varma directorial will lock horns with Kartikeya's 'Guna 369' tomorrow.
