The 'Liger' team has been doing hulchul in Mumbai. Vijay Deverakonda, Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur and Ananya Panday have been promoting the Hindi version with dedication. Incidentally, Chiranjeevi's 'Godfather' was shot in the same city last week. The 'Acharya' actor and Salman Khan shot for a song for the Dasara release. The song was choreographed by Prabhudeva.

The news is that the 'Liger' trio (read VD, Puri and Charmme) got to call on the Chiru-Salman duo on the song shoot set. Sharing the news, the 'Arjun Reddy' star wrote, "Your blessings and love for #Liger means the world to us! My respect and love always." Puri is incidentally doing a key role in 'Godfather'. He participated in the shoot of the film for 10 days earlier this year.

Meanwhile, the 'Geetha Govindam' actor is happy about his growing popularity in Hindi. On Sunday, VD had to discontinue his speech abruptly at a mall in Navi Mumbai after crowds got delirious and seemed to be just inches away while promoting 'Liger'. The film will hit the screens on August 25.
