Blame women also for getting raped: Bhagyaraj

Kollywood's veteran filmmaker Bhagyaraj has made regressive comments while speaking at the music launch of a Tamil movie. He launched into misogynistic commentary while talking about sexual crimes against women.
As per Bhagyaraj, women allow themselves to be used by men. If a man's extra-marital affair is good (because the wife won't be disturbed), a wife having a secret affair could result in her murdering her child.
Going beyond, Bhagyaraj also suggested that mobile phones have spoiled women. Saying that they whisper into phones a lot nowadays, a pained Bhagyaraj wondered what the girls talk with the other person on the phone.
The director-actor's comments are reprehensible.
