BJP files case on popular Tamil actress

Ramya is a popular actress who has starred alongside Dhanush in ‘Polladhavan’ and Simbu in ‘Kuththu’. She was even in Suriya’s ‘Varanam Aayiram’ as well. The actress recently got into trouble for tweeting a ‘chor’ (thief) pic citing PM Modi.
Pertaining to this, an advocate in UP filed a complaint on the actress for sedition. Now the state’s BJP party has filed a complaint on the actress with Coimbatore’s cyber crime police. The complaint stated that the actress has been opining defamatory remarks against the PM and that action should be taken against her.
