Pawan Kalyan, who had campaigned for the NDA in the run up to the 2014 polls, has finally come down strongly on the undue delay by the Centre in granting AP the Special Category Status. The superstar had been under pressure to take the issue to the Prime Minister. In his recent interview before the release of Sardaar Gabbar Singh, Pawan suggested that he is someone who doesn't act and that if he said something, he would mean it. Moments ago, he took to Twitter to vent his feelings.

"Two years ago, the Congress committed a major blunder by dividing the united Andhra Pradesh after shunting out from the Parliament the MPs from Seemandhra. That insult to the people won't be forgotten. Today, the BJP is doing another blunder by failing to honour the trust put in it by the people of Seemandhra. I hereby plead the ruling party and opposition parties on behalf of the people of the State to sit and sort out the issue of Special status before the issue results in a movement on the streets," Power Star tweeted.

It has to be seen if these strong expressions in social media will be followed up by a speech on the street by Pawan in the coming days.
