Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar is having to grapple with an embarrassing political controversy. His son Bhagirath Sai has been accused of assaulting a fellow student at Mahindra University in Hyderabad.

A case has since been registered against Sai. On his party, the BJP leader alleged that his son has been victimized by political conspirators.

The issue wouldn't have acquired widespread publicity had it not been for a video where Sai is seen thrashing his batchmate. Surprisingly, the victim came out in the open and said that Bhagirath Sai had done no mistake. He confessed to misbehaving with a girl (who is Sai's friend's sister), thereby resulting in a college fight.

Another video clip where Sai is seen thrashing another youngster has come out in the open. Netizens are questioning the rampant culture of violence prevalent on campusus.
