'Bittoo Boss' Pulkit is a huge fan of 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama'

As is a known fact by now, Pulkit Samrat - a known name on the television circuit - is playing the title role in 'Bittoo Boss' which is produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak, the makers of 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama'. For the young man from Delhi, it was a great opportunity that came his way in the form of 'Bittoo Boss', more so since after 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama' he was confident that not just would the film turn out to be a quality outing, it would also be promoted well.
With 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama', my producers found a niche audience for themselves. Even I have seen it thrice. I have been a huge fan of the film. Now 'Bittoo Boss' is such that it would be finding a much bigger audience as it has a great family feel to it as well. I guess this is the best debut I could have enjoyed, says Pulkit.
For leading lady Amita Pathak (Kumar Mangat's daughter) too Pulkit was the right choice since she knew him from the times when he was looking at making it big in Bollywood.
We actually used to cross path quite a few times around our apartments since he stays close by. There was a casual hi-hello that we enjoyed though we never knew we would be ending up working with each other one day. I had seen his work on TV earlier and found him to be quite good. I was quite happy when Abhishek told me that he was the chosen one for 'Bittoo Boss', says Amita.
Directed by Supavitra Babul, 'Bittoo Boss' is fast reaching towards the finishing mark and is aiming for a 20th April release.
