It was recently reported that well-known TV show host and comedian Bithiri Sathi had tendered resignation to TV9, where he was running a show titled ‘iSmart News’. The resignation followed acute differences with the top channel’s management.
The news is that Sathi has now joined forces with Sakshi TV. The much sought-after comedian will now be hosting a satirical comedy show for the channel.
The buzz is that he will be retaining the flavour of the programs he has done for V6 (read ‘Teenmaar’) and TV9 (read ‘iSmart News’).
Reports say that Sathi is going to produce as well as host the show that is going to be aired at 8:30 PM later this month.
