Bipasha is like a family member, says Rana

Rana Daggubati is miffed at the media reports which say that he celebrated the New Year bash along with some friends, which included Bipasha Basu. In fact, he and Bipasha did not even bump into each other even though they both happened to be in Goa at that time. While Bipasha partied with her best friends, Rana had ball time with his. That is it!
I went to Goa to attend the music festival that was being orchestrated there. No, Bipasha was not among my pals there, the actor has subsequently told the media. To put the record straight once and for all, he clarifies that they are just good friends. Bipasha is a good woman. Gossips like these (I am dating with her) embarrass me. She is one of the few friends that I have in Bollywood.
Even as he says that he doesn't have time for relationships, Rana, in his own no-nonsense style, lets the world know that Bipasha is like a family member. Rana will not date anyone, let alone Bipasha whom he sees as a good friend.
It may be noted that some sections of the web media had earlier linked up the actor with a co-star of his, but he and the actress kept mum which gave the gossip a burial.
