Manchu Manoj-starrer Bindaas is finally releasing on February 15. The film was slated for a December first week release, but it was indefinite postponement owing to a host of reasons. First, Manoj's brother's film Saleem bombed at the box office, when in a span of less than a week, the film was boycotted in Telangana.
As the tempers against Mohan Babu and his family ran high in the region, Bindaas was halted, it seemed. The film is releasing finally. Hope that it does not have to face any blockades and has a smooth release in the state.
Directed by Veeru Potla, this is the story of one Ajay, who leads the life without a care in the world. In a game-changing decision, he decides to take a thing as a challenge and sets forth to accomplish it.
We have seen many films coming with a cliched idea like this in the past, but it is to be seen if this one scores with a different screenplay and treatment. It is to be remembered that Manoj's last films 'Nenu Meeku Telusa' and 'Prayanam' were box office hits. The actor is also shooting for the multi-starrer 'Vedam'.
Parachuri Venkateswara Rao, Kashi Vishwanath, Ahuthi Prasad, Vijay Kumar and Sunil are the other important cast.
