'Bimbisara' logs Rs 10.80 Cr in 2 days

'Bimbisara' is on a roll, and the time-travel fantasy film is poised to become one of the most profitable ventures in percentage terms for the stakeholders involved. It's doing extremely well in the Telugu States, especially.
On Saturday, which was its second day at the box office, the Kalyan Ram-starrer minted a whopping Rs 4.50 Cr, bringing the two-day share to Rs 10.80 Cr, in AP and Telangana put together.
On Day 2, Nizam gave Rs 1.77 Cr and Vizag gave Rs 65 lakh, both figures include GST. Ceded, where the Vassishta directorial is becoming a major grosser, gave Rs 95 lakh. Krishna, Guntur, Nellore and the East and West Godavari districts gave Rs 25 lakh, 32 lakh, 11 lakh, 27 lakh, and 18 lakh, respectively.
The film needs to cross Rs 13 Cr in the Telugu States to achieve break-even. And it is going to do that by the end of Day 3 (Sunday).
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun has lauded 'Bimbisara' as an engaging time-travel fantasy film. He also praised Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and director Vassishta.
