GiGi Wu was a famous hiker in Taiwan. She was a celeb with an adventurous spirit. She would scale heights (mountains, etc), stand on the peaks in a bikini and become an inspiration to youngsters. A star on social media, she earned the moniker 'Bikini Hiker' because of her bikini-clad trekking endeavours.

Such a determined woman is no more. The other day, during an expedition, GiGi accidentally plunged into a ravine and breathed her last days later. She was 36.

Reports say that the hiker did contact emergency services in time. However, due to inclement weather, the rescue teams couldn't do their work. ypothermia in zero-degree temperatures has been established as the reason for her death.

She would always do the trekking with proper equipment in her kitty.
