With the fall in the number of COVID-19 cases in the state, it is proved that Kerala is taking collective measures such as aggressive testing, early detection, contact tracing, strict home quarantine, deploying police force and a robust public health system to combat the deadly disease. Presently, the state is doing well against its battle with COVID-19 and other states and countries are now looking up to Kerala and follow their model in containing the virus.

A tribute video to Kerala’s men in khakis was recently released online. In the video, Malayalam actor Biju Menon, who was last seen as a Police in the superhit movie Ayyappanum Koshiyum, lauded the Kerala Police for their incredible work. The actor was featured in a video that appreciated Kerala Police's efforts during the tough times. Towards the end of the video, the actor is seen giving a salute to the entire Police department.
