Biju Menon-Neeraj Madhav movie 'Rosapoo' directed by Vinu Joseph, has been in the news after rumours broke out that the Kollywood star Vikram is making his comeback in Malayalam cinema with the upcoming movie. However, soon the actor's manager clarified that the reports were baseless. 

Now the Rosapoo team has once again caught the attention of the audiences after they released the first look poster of the movie. The poster features the protagonists lying on a bed of roses lethargicly that will make us feel quite envious. 

Set against an urban backdrop, Rosapoo will be a breezy comedy entertainer which features Biju Menon and Neeraj in the lead roles. The duo's characters have their own struggles which are told in a humorous way. The story is set in 2001 and 2017 and hence will have the actors playing two phases of their lives. 

The movie marks the third time collaboration of Neerja Madhav and Biju Menon after Madhuranaranga and Lava Kusha. Kollywood actress Anjali plays the female lead while Soubin Shahir, Alencier, Sudheer Karamana and Dileesh Pothen will appear in pivotal roles. Tamil-Kannada star Shilpa will appear as Neeraj Madhav’s heroine in the movie which will also have over 150 newbies. The movie is expected to hit the bigscreens on December 23.
