Thalapathy Vijay's 'Bigil' is still going strong in theaters after having a mammoth opening at the worldwide box office during the Diwali weekend. The film is said to have surpassed the 13 Crore mark at the Chennai box office and in excess of 250 Crores in total. Meanwhile the loyal Vijay fans are in celebration mode for the 25th day of the blockbuster and are more into social welfare schemes than wasting money on banners and cutouts.

The Kancheepuram Thalapathy Vijay fans as part of their 'Bigil' 25th-day celebrations invited actor Soundaraja to distribute free helmets, sarees and other items to the needy. He spoke at large about how the unity of the fans is what Vijay expects from them and will be proud of his young brothers doing social service.

It may be recalled that Soundaraja became very close to Vijay while playing a cameo in 'Bigil' and Vijay also mentioned during the audio launch function that he admired Soundaraja's social activism. The upcoming actor also received the football jersey that Vijay wore in the movie as a gift.
