The Sunday episode of Bigg Boss-3 saw the elimination of Jaffer. When he did a tearjerker while leaving, it was more a surprising moment than a heart-breaking one. The host, who has always posed tricky and/or roundabout questions to politicians and celebrities for years, was found vulnerable on the reality show. The transient phase in the House didn't give him any big moments but Jaffer tried to endear himself to the audience in his own way. In a way, Jaffer's elimination was predicted by many alert viewers.

Since it was a Friendship Day episode, host Akkineni Nagarjuna made the contestants tie friendship bands and it was a sight to behold to watch each participant choose the best friend among his or her fellow inmates.

The show also saw the appearance of Ram Pothineni and Nidhhi Agerwal to promote 'iSmart Shankar'.
