On October 1st, the seventh season of Bigg Boss Tamil debuted on Vijay TV. Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan returned to host the blockbuster show. Usually, there won't be elimination on the first week of the show. But things started to heat up in Bigg Boss 7 since day one as the Bigg Boss announced nomination and elimination on the first day itself.

The new season started with eighteen contestants including Cool Suresh, Nixon, Poornima Ravi, Raveena Daha, Pradeep Antony, Mani Chandra, Akshaya, Jovika Vijayakumar, Vishnu, Vichitra, Saravanan Vikram, Ananya Rao, Bhava Chelathurai, Vijay Varma and others. Out of them, seven people were nominated for the first elimination process.

Raveena, Ishu, Pradeep Antony, Jovika, Bava Challathurai, Yugendran and Ananya were nominated. Raveena got nearly 26% of the votes and is at the top. Meanwhile, three contestants are in the danger zone. Bava, Yugendran and Ananya are in the last three places and Ananya got the least amount of votes among the seven. We have to wait and see if she gets eliminated.
