Is this Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan's massive salary for 'Bigg Boss Tamil 7'?

The 'Bigg Boss Tamil' reality show aired on Vijay TV has been very successful amongst the Tamil speaking world especially since Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is the host for the past 6 seasons. The 7th season will commence from the first week of October and Kamal is confirmed to take over hosting duties this year too.
Meanwhile just like every other season the salary of Kamal is becoming the point of discussion on social media. The 68 year old was was reportedly paid Rs 100 crores to host 'Bigg Boss Tamil 6'. According to reliable sources the thespian is reportedly taking home a cool rupees one hundred and fifty crores for the seventh season which has created a sensation in the entertainment industry.
Kamal Haasan, whose market was on the slide in the past decade made a tremendous comeback with 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj last year. The film made close to rupees four hundred crores against a budget of a 150 Crores that has catupulted the veteran hero's market. He is now one of the highest paid actors in India and is said to have charged 150 Crore rupees for a twenty days shoot for the pan Indian scifi film 'Kalki 2898 AD'
Similarly Kamal's next film 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar is also expected to collect close to rupees five hundred crores worldwide. All the above factors are said to have influenced the 'Bigg Boss' producers to retain Kamal Haasan at the exhorbitant salary of a hundred and fifty crore rupees.
Although 'Bigg Boss 7' will run for 100 days, Kamal Haasan will appear only for two days a week that is on Saturdays and Sundays, which means that out of 100 days, he will appear only for 25 days and he is being paid around rupees six crores per day. The auditions for the show is being held and the official announcement will be made soon.
