Its time for the new season of 'Bigg Boss Tamil' to begin and like all the other six seasons gone by this one too has high expectations among viewers. Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan will return as host and the reality show will begin telecast on Vijay TV and stream on Disney Plus Hotstar from October.

So far it is reported that Vijay TV celebrities Jacqueline, 'Bigg Boss 6' star Rachitha's husband Dinesh, actress Rekha Nair, actor Prithviraj, female bus driver Sharmila and others are likely to be the participants of 'Bigg Boss Tamil 7'. It is said that a popular newsreader is also taking part in this edition of the reality show.

It is a tradition that newsreaders will be a part of the show in previous seasons namely Fatima Babu, Anita Sampath and Losliya. According to the current reports the show organizers have brought on board Ranjith the popular newsreader from Polimer News to participate in 'Bigg Boss 7'.
