Janani and Yogi Babu come together!

The pretty Janani Iyer who had entered films after being a popular model, had a memorable launch by the National award winning maker Bala in his Avan Ivan, where she was paired with Vishal, and following the movie, the actress got to star in several movies.

With none of the movies other than Thegidi making an impact, the actress who was on a hiatus has struck back post her Bigg Boss season 2 stint, and after bagging the lead role in an upcoming untitled thriller costarring her Thegidi hero Ashok Selvan, now she's bagged another interesting project.

Janani Iyer will play a special extended cameo in Yogi Babu's upcoming flick Dharma Prabhu, which is all about what happens when Yama decides to help a couple in earth. Janani reportedly plays the daughter of a politician played by Azhagam Perumal, and helps the proceedings of the movie.
