Popular singer Ramya NSK has announced the birth of her baby today.  She has posted on her social media page "Hello Everyone! :) A lot of you have been asking me why I've put on so much weight... over and over again! :D And I've been answering those questions saying that I will share the news soon and here it is!  I'm happy to share with you all that I delivered a baby recently and that's mostly why.....!  And ofcourse I am gonna concentrate on my health and workouts after this"

Ramya NSK is the granddaughter of legendary actors N.S. Krishnan on her mother's side and fifties superstar K.R. Ramaswamy on her father's side.  She has sung a number of film songs and  is best known for the song "Satru Munbu" from Gautham Menon's Neethaane En Ponvasantham, which had music composed by Ilaiyaraaja.

Ramya also achieved fame by participating in the 'Bigg Boss 2' hosted by Kamal Haasan.  She got married to actor Sathya in 2019 and the couple have posed happily with their child on their post.
