As the sensational Bigg Boss fame Rajith Kumar is said to be absconding, on the other side he has been receiving flak from a section of netizens and former contestants alike for his unjust act in the show. Rajith was recently asked to leave the show after he applied chilli in the eyes of fellow contestant Reshma, who recently came back to the show after her eye-infection treatment.

In an interview with Times of India, social activist, model and former Bigg Boss contestant Diya Sana said that such a "heinous act" cannot be accepted and that Rajith has to be "legally punished". "As a woman, I can never accept the heinous act of Rajith Kumar. His criminal mind is exposed now. He should be legally punished for the act," Diya said.

She further added that it was a "planned attack against Reshma". "It is surprising how a well-educated man like him could do this. I agree that I have a difference of opinion with him regarding his ideologies. But, this is beyond that. He seemed to be well planned to attack Reshma during the task, his gestures prove it," said Diya who also appreciated Reshma for the "fair decision".

Rajith arrived Kochi from Chennai, on Sunday and he was given a hero’s welcome by fans. The cops are looking for him in connection with the unlawful gathering of a crowd defying Kerala’s health advisory to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
