Haripriya the wife of a popular 'Bigg Boss' contestant has been arrested for atrocious and shameful behaviour towards Karri Srikanth a 20-year-old dalit man who worked as a manservant in her house. CCTV footage released by the police show Indira, Jhansi, Soujanya, Ravi, Balu and Varahalu who were also arrested beating Srikanth on the instructions of Haripriya who later forcefully tonsures his head.

According to Srikanth he worked in the house of popular producer Nutan Naidu who was also a contestant in 'Bigg Boss Telugu' for four months. He later quit but the owner's wife Haripriya called him to the house on Thursday night and accused him of stealing a cellphone.

When Srikanth denied the other accused beat him up and forced him to accept to the crime and it was then that Haripriyan tonsured his head to humiliate him. The Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam police under whose jurisdiction the crime happened have filed a strong case against all the accused under sections 307, 342, 324, 323, 506, r/w 34 IPC, 3(1)(e), 3(2)(v) and SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) act.

Nutan Naidu, a self-confessed fanboy of Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi, was also recently in the news over the anti-RGV film, 'Parannajeevi'.
