'Bigg Boss' fame Julie after here stint on the show is acting in a few films like the biopic of "NEET" Anitha and also as a social activist in another film titled 'Uthammi'. Now Julie is all set to play the role of goddess Amman in her next titled 'Amman Thaayee'.

Julie has revealed that it was a challenge to play the Amman in 'Amman Thaayee' as she is a Christian and had to learn the Hindu customs in preperation. The controversial star has even undergone fasts on the day of shooting to get the divine look perfectly. The film is directed by Maheshwaran and Chandrahaasan and has newcomers Anbu and Charan as hero and villain respectively.

The 'Amman Thaayee' team gushes that the climax Amman dance will be the highlight of the film and Julie is said to have done a fab job in nailing the steps.
