Vaishnavi needs no introduction. She became famous with her stint in the Bigg Boss season 2. While the entire nation is shocked by singer Chinmayi’s accusations of Vairamuthu in #MeToo issue, Vaishnavi has stated on her social page that even she had to face a similar issue.

“People still don't want to support a woman's claims and instead victim shame/ support the harasser It has happened to me and I will not keep quiet when it happens to another woman,” she said. While many actresses and celeb=s are coming out with their harrowing tales of harassment, Vaishnavi also has come out in support for the cause.
