Last week, actress and model Sanam Shetty had filed a complaint against actor, model and Bigg Boss 3 contestant Tharshan, stating that he had cheated her of money and also called off their engagement accusing that he is a fraud and that he breached trust.

Tharshan had then arranged a press meet where he said that Sanam had been controlling him and was also spoiling his movie career by telling producers not to cast him and also revealed that she had threatened to commit suicide which made him breakup from her.

Now Sanam Shetty's advocate Suthan has said that Sanam wants Tharshan to face legal punishment for his mistake and that he must be jailed, and tweeting Suthan's interview, Bigg Boss 2 contestant Kajal has questioned Sanam if she wants to get back her love or wants to punish Tharshan, also saying that Tharshan has committed mistakes too. She had tweeted "Tharshan Mela Tappu iruku sanam. I totally agree. What I really don't understand is what's ur actual intention? you want to get back to him or you want him to suffer?
