Hyderabad police have registered a case against popular YouTuber Harsha Sai following a complaint filed by a young woman. The woman alleges that Sai deceived her under the pretext of marriage, taking crores of rupees and engaging in sexual assault.

The complainant, a well-known Telugu actress and former Bigg Boss contestant, claimed that she met Sai after the reality show and developed a relationship. Believing their bond was genuine and leading to marriage, she provided financial support to Sai and his family. She alleged that Sai not only failed to fulfill his promise of marriage but also exploited her financially and emotionally, taking advantage of her trust.

The woman further alleged that Sai had coerced her into providing him with substantial sums of money, promising to invest it in joint ventures. However, she claimed that the funds were never utilized for the intended purpose. Instead, she alleged that Sai used the money for personal expenses and to further his career.

The complainant also accused Sai of engaging in sexual assault, claiming that he had taken advantage of her feelings for him. She stated that she had consented to the relationship based on the belief that they were committed to each other. However, she alleged that Sai had exploited her trust and violated her consent.

The police have registered a case against Sai under four sections of the Indian Penal Code, including charges of fraud, cheating, and rape. The investigation is ongoing, and Sai is yet to respond to the allegations.
