Comedy actress Madhumitha is best known for playing Jangiri the rowdy girlfriend of Santhanam in the super hit movie 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi' and also Baby the promiscuous married woman in Vijay Sethupathi's 'Idharku Thaaney Aasaipattai Balakumara'. Her recent success is as a contestant in the 'Bigg Boss 3' show in which she was considered a favourite to win the title but was terminated from the show for self-inflicting harm during a task.

Madhu then made shocking allegations against 'Bigg Boss 3' that she was given mental torture by the contestants and organizers and she was not even invited for the finals. Meanwhile, the actress has apparently recovered from her depressive frame and has started to act in films and is currently shooting for 'Aayiram Jenmangal' starring G.V. Prakash Kumar and directed by Ezhil.

G.V. Prakash is known for putting his weight behind social causes and has tweeted "Magathanamanithargal...met & interacted with Senthil Kumar who trains the students of Govt. schools to crack service exams enabling them to bag a secure future for themselves. mentored over 1500 candidates out of which 170 are state government employees.".
