Losliya Mariyanesan is one of the popular contestants of the most popular reality game show Bigg Boss' third season. The Sri Lankan newsreader amassed huge fan following after the show and is now acting in few movies and is active on social media. 

In a huge loss for the newsreader turned actress,  Losliya’s father Mr. Mariyanesan has died suddenly. It has been reported that he had passed away due to heart attack. This news has come across as a shocker for fans of Losliya.

Losliya is very close to her father who had been working in Canada for the past 10 years. Last year Mariyanesan entered Bigg Boss house as a family guest last season and had adviced her about her relationship with Kavin. Losliya is now acting in the movie Friendship starring Harbhajan Singh.
