Movie-lovers are in for a big treat this weekend as a host of movies are getting released. Watch out for some big ventures gracing theatres this Friday.

The much awaited 'Silambattam' starring Silambarasan, director Radha Mohan's 'Abhiyum Nannum', the maiden venture of Karunaas as hero 'Dindigul Sarathy' and the Arjun - Perarasu combo 'Thiruvannamalai' are hitting the screens.

Perarasu is coming back with one more commercial entertainer ‘Thiruvannamali’ produced by Kavithalaya Productions. Arjun, Pooja Gandhi plays the lead cast in this movie which is sure to pack punch lines and action stunts to enthrall the audience. Acclaimed villainous actor in Telugu, Saikumar plays the antagonist in this movie

Expectations are high on 'Abhiyum Nannum' as director Radha Mohan returns after a brief interval. His last film 'Mozhi' won him tremendous accolades.

Also audiences are hoping for a better fare from Silambarasan since his previous film 'Kaalai' was a disaster at the box office. With Sun Pictures distributing 'Dindigul Sarathy' expectations are that the movie would be entertaining.

A host of movies including comedy caper 'Panchamirtham' and Raj TV's production venture 'Kadhalna Summa Illai' are waiting for release in the coming weeks.
