As reported earlier, actors Nivin Pauly, Anjali and Soori are teaming up for director Ram's upcoming Tamil movie. The team had started work on the film in Rameshwaram's Dhanushkodi last year. While the title as well as complete details about the cast and crew roped in for the film are yet to be released, the latest that we hear is actor Soori has joined the sets of the film. The team had been shooting in A R R Film City in Gummidipoondi for the last few days and Soori joined the sets on Tuesday. Interestingly, director Mysskin too dropped in to meet his good friend Ram. Pictures from the set are also doing the rounds on social media.

Ram’s previous directorial Peranbu had won critical acclaim and was screened at various film festivals before it was released theatrically on February 1, 2019. Meanwhile, the 2017 movie Richie was Nivin Pauly’s last Tamil film before the Ram directorial. In Malayalam, he is waiting for the release of the social drama Thuramukham. Anjali was recently seen in Telugu film Vakeel Saab, while Soori is set to make his debut as a hero in upcoming Tamil film Viduthalai.
