Writer turned producer Kona Venkat is breathing fire on filmmaker Srinu Vaitla post the debacle of Bruce Lee. He attributed the failure of the Ram Charan starrer to its director and alleged that Vaitla did not use the 72 scenes he had penned for the film. Kona also claimed that the result of Bruce Lee has taken a toll on his reputation in the industry.
Recently, Kona stated that he was fed up writing routine stories for big stars films and imposed a condition that he will be associated with a star hero's project only if they include him in the production. These comments of Kona didn't go down too well with one of the stars (not Ram Charan) from the illustrated families of the Telugu film industry.
Apparently, the actor-producer has expressed his dissent over Kona's negative propaganda against Bruce Lee and wondered what the writer was doing when Vaitla is making the film at his behest! He also went onto say that Kona has to mend his ways amicably with the stars and directors failing which he may face their ire soon!
A few directors are also fuming on Kona for going overboard with his remarks and botching up several issues which should be kept under the wraps.
