The shoots of the Mohanlal starrer is continuing in Pollachi and Kozhikode for the last weeks. Lal is playing Alibhai, the leader of thousands of head load workers at the famous Valiyangadi in Kozhikode.

The art director of the film Bobban has erected a huge set for the film depicting Valiyangadi market, which resembles the original to the core.

“As it is very hard for Lal sir to shoot amidst his great fans in Kozhikode market, we were forced to recreate the market here”, says the producer Antony Perumbavoor.

The film written by T.A Shahid has a huge star cast including Navya Nair, Gopika, Cochin Haneefa, Jagadish, T.G.Ravi, Siddique, Sai Kumar, KPAC Lalitha and Venjaramoodu Suraj. Saravanan` is the cinematographer for the film.

Mohanlal is very much excited with the character in the film which was in discussions for long. The film which was originally planned to start by the last October was then shifted to the present dates, as Lal suggested some important changes in the scripts, “I have been trying to get into Alibhai`s character for the last few months. I'm sure that my fans will love it has all ingredients to satisfy them”, says Lal on the character.
