As of now, Aamir Khan has focused all his attention on his long awaited film 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. The latest buzz suggests that soon after the release of this project, Aamir might start working on Bhushan Kumar's 'Mogul'. Biopic of the late filmmaker Gulshan Kumar, 'Mogul' is a passion project for Bhushan. However, the film has been delayed a few due to a variety of reasons.

Since there was little to no progress ever since its announcement, fans assumed that makers have put 'Mogul' on backburner. However, during a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, Bhushan Kumar confirmed that the project hasn't been shelved and it will happen sooner or later.

The filmmaker stated, "Mogul is happening, but it will be a little later now because Aamir sir’s film (Laal Singh Chaddha) has been delayed a bit. People keep asking me about Mogul, but I am in no hurry to make that film. It’s not a project for me, it’s a dream. I can make it this year, next year or even three years later. There is no (time) limit to it. I promise it will be made at the correct time. We are yet to decide on the shooting timelines.”
