Bhumi Pednekar is one of the most sought after actresses in Bollywood for unconventional or social drama movies. The actress who was last seen in Amazon Prime's horror flick 'Durgamati' recently talked about about her dream acting role. Apparently, Bhumi is quite fascinated by the stories of freedom fighters and she'd love to play one on screen someday.

According to a recent report in TOI, the actress said, "Playing a freedom fighter on screen would be my dream role! I'm fascinated by such remarkable personalities and it would be an honour for me to play someone like that on screen. I actually want to do that and I hope that the universe is listening to this. I would also like to be a part of a fantasy project. There are so many different types of projects that I would love to explore and experience as an actor."

On the work front, Bhumi has several intriguing projects under production. She has 'Badhaai Do' with Rajkummar Rao, 'Govinda Ala Re' with Vicky Kaushal and a few more films which are set to release in 2022.
