Megastar Chiranjeevi and Meher Ramesh are finally in the news for launching their long-in-the-planning movie 'Bholaa Shankar'. An action entertainer, the film is produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara of AK Entertainments. Its puja ceremony was held today.

Graced by the likes of K Raghavendra Rao, VV Vinayak, Koratala Siva, Harish Shankar, Vamsi Paidipally, and Bobby, the puja event was a star-studded one. Tamannaah Bhatia, the heroine of the 2022 release, said that she has been wishing to team up with Meher Ramesh for many years.

Keerthy Suresh, who is playing Chiru's sister in the remake, is elated about the highly-anticipated movie. The makers hinted that they are coming equipped with a gripping story.

With music by Mahati Swara Sagar, the film has cinematography by Dudley. Satyanand is a co-writer, while Marthand K Venkatesh, AS Prakash, and others are associated with the project. To be shot from November 15, the film also features Raghu Babu, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Ravi Shankar, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, Pragathi, Sri Mukhi, Bithiri Sathi, Satya, Getup Srinu, Rashmi Gautam, Uttej, and Prabhas Seenu. The Ram-Laxman duo, Kollywood's Dileep Subbarayan, and the multi-lingual technician Kaeche Kampakdee are on board to compose fights. Ramajogayya Sastry, Kasarla Shyam, Srimani, and Sirasri are composing fights.
