Ravi K Chandran, the talented cinematographer who made a Tollywood debut with the 2018 film ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’, has joined the team of Pawan Kalyan’s movie with director Saagar K Chandra and writer Trivikram Srinivas. Sithara Entertainments today welcomed the lensman.
“Team #ProductionNo12 welcomes aboard the ace lensman who made a mark with his stellar frames, Ravi K Chandran to helm the camera work (sic),” the production house tweeted. Known for Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi movies such as ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and ‘Black’, Chandran has replaced Prasad Murella, who walked out of the project after a schedule earlier this year.
The film’s working title is said to be ‘Bheemla Nayak’, which is the name of Power Star’s character in it. Rana Daggubati and the ‘Vakeel Saab’ star are playing rivals in this remake.
With music by Thaman, the film recently resumed its shoot. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi (for whom it’s the 12th movie), AS Prakash and Navin Nooli are its art director and editor, respectively.
