Amidst rumours that 'Bheemla Nayak' will be opting for a direct OTT release in view of the tussle between Pawan Kalyan and the YCP government in Andhra Pradesh, Sithara Entertainments on Monday made it clear that the big-ticket flick will be released only in theatres. There is no change in its release date either.
"Gear Up for the Power Storm only in THEATRES - Jan 12, 2022. Be ready for the Ultimate Battle of Pride & Self-esteem!" producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi tweeted.
This puts to rest all the speculations about the Power Star-Rana Daggubati starrer. Written by Trivikram, the film also has Nithya Menen in a key role.
In his recent speech, the 'Vakeel Saab' actor made a reference to director Saagar K Chandra, saying that the film industry is a place where people from different caste backgrounds have made a mark. "I have worked with Venu Sriram, whose father was a tailor. I am working with Saagar, who belongs to the Reddy community. I have no caste affiliations," the Jana Sena chief said.
