‘Bheemla Nayak’ producer says sorry to actress about controversial question

S Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments is currently producing important movies such as ‘Bheemla Nayak’. Starring Pawan Kalyan in the lead, the film will hit the screens on February 25 or April 1.

Meanwhile, the producer is bracing up for the theatrical release of his other movie, ‘DJ Tillu’, which stars Siddhu Jonnalagadda as the hero. At an event on Wednesday, actress Neha Shetty from the movie was in for a disgusting situation. A senior journalist asked the hero if he had got to count the birthmarks on the heroine’s body in real life, much like in the film (referring to a dialogue from the trailer).

This put off Neha, who later took to Twitter and took the journalist to cleaners. “This question was very unfortunate at the trailer launch today. But I must go on to add that it simply simplifies the respect he has for himself and for the women folks around him at his workplace and at home (sic),” she wrote.

On his part, the producer said, “Sorry, Neha, that was really unfortunate.”

‘DJ Tillu’, whose background music is by Thaman and which is directed by Vimal Krishna, will hit the screens on February 11.
