The veteran director is known for his love for villages in Tamil Nadu. He beautifully transitions the magic of rustic villages into celluloid. Bharathiraja is focusing on his upcoming venture 'Thenkizhakku Seemaiyile Appanum Aathalum.' There are latest reports that this film has undergone a name change and will henceforth be known as 'Annakodiyum Kodi Veerananum.'

The film is in its pre-production stages, the script for the film is being discussed with the director brainstorming about the story as well as the characterizations, from Theni district in Tamil Nadu.

Once the director is back to Chennai he will begin fixing up the cast and crew for the film. Once this is ready the film will start progressing. Bharathiraja will disclose the cast and crew once he makes sure who is on board. The director's films are famous for the raw village feel as well as the songs; who will be one board for the music this time, the Isaignani or Isai puyal, or will he try some new combo?

All these are the questions come to our mind. But since nothing much has been revealed we are waiting for an official announcement...
