Bharath hurts NTR's fans

Bharath, the younger son-in-law of Nandamuri Bakakrishna, is in the news for ruling out the indispensability of Jr NTR to the TDP. Speaking to a TV channel, the young TDP leader indicated that it is wrong to say that Tarak alone can do magic for the party.
While many NTR supporters are offended by the remarks, what Bharath has said is in proper taste. Believing that the Young Tiger would save the party if he were to enter it, is to blather like a Ram Gopal Varma. Politics is a serious business and we ought to have realistic expectations from untested individuals such as NTR.
The interviewer said that NTR has the "right" to be in TDP because he is a grandson of the party's founder. This is undemocratic thinking, to put it bluntly. Birth-based rights don't exist in a democracy.
Expectedly, sections of TDP supporters are virtually divided over the issue. Tarak's supporters feel that the party is shooting itself in the foot by not roping in the actor. On the other hand, the other side thinks that Tarak is inexperienced and overrated.
