Even as 'SPYder' is poised to make it to the top in the crucial Overseas segment, 'Bharat Ane Nenu' has clinched its Overseas deal, reportedly for a highly impressive Rs. 18.25 Cr.
The film may not hit the screens in January, as has been reported. Speaking on Monday, Mahesh said that the release date will be talked about by the producers in a month's time or so. It's almost certain that 'BAN' is a March or April release.
The film is an emotional drama in the backdrop of politics. Mahesh is playing Chief Minister in this Koratala Shiva directorial. In the film's Assembly set, many important portions have been shot. 'BAN' is the only film in which Mahesh will be predominantly seen sporting a pure white 'khadi' dress for the first time since 'Dookudu'.
