Directed by Ashok G, Anushka-starrer 'Bhagamati' has been wrapped up. Only post-production works are left to be completed. Produced by UV Creations, the film belongs to the genre of a techno-thriller.
"Happy to announce that we wrapped up the shooting of our movie #Bhagamati starring #AnushkaShetty. Keep watching the space for more updates," the production house has said.
Contrary to what its historical title suggests, the film is hardly a historical. The 29-year-old Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan is the male lead in this female-centric entertainer.
The film could hit the screens later this year. Its director recently had a mega flop in the form of 'Chitrangada'.
