This story has nothing to do with actors Karan and Arjun. But about the characters to be played by the two protagonists of a film titled ‘Karan Arjun’, which was launched in Chennai recently by ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram.

The film is produced by Amarjeet Suri, Murali K Shroff and N Srinivasan and is directed by debutant Saga. “The movie is about two brothers, Karan and Arjun, who are separated in their childhood,” says the director.

He adds: “While one of the brothers becomes a hitman, the other becomes a police officer. The two fall in love with a same girl. Do they unite or not forms the crux of the film, which will be made in a racy way.”

Saga is a student of South Indian Film Institute and worked with various directors. ‘Karan Arjun’ has newcomers Amod and Sathya as heroes and Akshara of ‘Punnagai Poove’ fame stars opposite them. Murali Subramaniam of Suriya starrer ‘Sri’fame scores music while Udhay Shankar cranks the camera.
