For long news had been abuzz that our B-towns most happening young star Ranbir Kapoor will be seen sharing screen with his parents, the veteran actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh in Abhinav Singh Kashyaps forthcoming film Besharam.
The three, acting together for first time, are said to shoot for a special song promo soon. The song will be a promotional video and in all likelihood, will feature at the end of the film, while the credits roll.
Revealed a source close to the films team, "For this song, the Kapoors will appear as a family. Its a number which is high on north Indian slang and mannerisms, and the shoot for it will begin in the coming weeks. Theyre done shooting for the remaining bits as the film is slated to release on October 2."
In fact, the team said to have already finished recording about four to five songs, including some Punjabi rap, for the video, but theyre still keeping their options open before finalising on the track.
The source added, "The brief given to the composers is that the song has to be a chartbuster, with a youthful vibe to it. The trio will be seen shaking a leg in the video, with Ranbir in the forefront. He has been taking a lot of interest in it and has been accompanying Abhinav for the music sittings too."
The source also said that since Ranbir plays an orphan in the film, they couldnt include many family moments in it, which is why they thought of this video.
Sanjeev Lamba, from the films production house stated, "We are planning a big promotional song for Besharam. All details are being kept under wraps."
