The talented and most bankable hero Allari Naresh has been reeling through few flops after the super hit `Blade Babji'. So this time, he was keen on proving his mettle at the box office. Also, this movie was quite special since it was being directed by his father E V V Satyanarayana and produced by the movie mogul D Ramanaidu. Let us see how the film has gone.

Set on the backdrop of the Bobbaralanka village in Godavari delta, the story is about Bendu Apparao (Naresh) who is an RMP. Though he is not qualified to be a doctor, he manages his way through and luckily for him, those who come seeking medical assistance manage to get their ailments healed. In one of his visits, Apparao comes across Padmapriya (Kamna) and love happens. Though he is street smart and earns money through short cut methods, he has a golden heart and a helping nature. The story takes a turn when he along with his two friends (Uttej, Srinivas Reddy) come across an accident victim Sivaji who hands them a bag of money and requests them to give it to his parents before dying. Apparao tries but is not able to locate the family so he uses part of the money and gives one share to the other two. He also builds a house in the name of Sivaji in the village. However, the real family of Sivaji comes to the village due to a transfer. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

The director has come up with a tacky script and both his presentation and narrative are quite pacy. The real strength of the film was the dialogues which were quite witty, script was neat and the screenplay was adept.

Background score was good, songs were okay. Cinematography was regular and editing was crisp. Costumes and art department suited the backdrop very well. The other departments did their bit as required.

Allari Naresh was his best as usual and did justice to his role, Kamna was standard, Meghana looked seductive and tempting, Ahuti Prasad was splendid, the others like Uttej, Srinivas Reddy, Jeeva, Kondavalasa, AVS, Raghu Babu, Telangana Sakuntala,  Subhashini, Dharmavarapu, L B Sriram, Suman Shetty and others did their bit effectively.

The film is an outright comedy and just like any Naresh movies, it sans logic but is more of a situational comedy. However, the continuity is maintained and there are hardly one or two idle moments.

The film shines due to the dialogues and comedy from the verbal aspect. This will appeal to the B and C centers in a big way. Commercially, it will be a profit grosser and is basically a time pass entertainer. Though the second half gets slackened a bit due to the sentiment angle, it culminates into a convincing climax.

It looks like Naresh has bounced back into the act with this one so the audience will have something to laugh about during the Diwali festival.
