An innocuous decision of the makers of Bejawada backfired badly. Shooting a scene for their movie at a government college was enough to invite the wrath of some pro-Telangana activists. When Naga Chaitanya and others were on the campus of the college, shooting for the film, some members of a political outfit reportedly stormed into the shooting spot and disrupted the shoot yesterday.

It is said that they accused the makers of deliberately trying to disturb the studies of the students. Following the skirmish on the campus, the makers decided to call off the shoot and left the spot.

Not surprisingly, the incident has received some attention because of names like Ram Gopal Varma, the producer, and Naga Chaitanya, the hero. It is learnt that no body was hurt and no case has been registered against any one.

The incident is a small-time one for the makers, who faced a bigger problem when it came to the title. RGV must be saying, what's the big deal?
